Springs + Spacers G82 xDrive

Hello and happy holidays,
I'm looking into getting a little suspension work done on the car.
I have a '23 G82 xDrive, I also have separate wheels for summer and winter. I have PZeros on 829M rims (i think? it is the winter set though), and PS4S on 826M rims. I also I'm not tracking the car that often and live in Michigan where road quality isn't the best.

With that in mind, I want to lower my car and possibly put spacers on.
I have been looking into what's available for springs and spacers. Also I wouldn't go for a crazy drop, 30ish max, probably less.

I see that from different brands, drops are between 20 mm to 35 mm. I also see different size spacer setups that people are running. I've seen 12mm or 15mm all around, and staggered setups (f/r: 15/12, 12/10, 10/15). For the staggered setups, most are bigger in the front than back but I've also seen the opposite.

I also have a few goals for doing this: I want to decrease the wheel gap, get the wheels closer to a flush look, and most importantly not rub.

So I have a few questions:
1. Are spacers only for looks, and do they negatively affect handling?
2. What setup spacers should I look into running? Would squared or staggered be "better"?
3. Is there a difference between a square drop in the suspension vs a staggered drop aka same all around or lower in front than rear? Would each one give the car different handling characteristics?

Thank you!

1. Mostly looks
2. Whatever looks better for you and makes the tires flush with the fender
3. Front sits too high so if you have an even drop it'll still look like the front isn't lowered, again personal preference.
