My guy literally just hit me up and took my order with $1000 down. No markup but I will ask for a discount if possible.

Oxide is a great colour. Congratulations.

We have gone a bit lairy this time round. We haven't been given a date yet. I will update when I do but we have gone for an individual colour so not sure if that is going to add any time.

Any official word on this yet?
It's separate based on what I see
@KnightedBMW Maybe, just maybe, you're dealership is a bit off and they just happened to get all their AWD allocations right now but no RWD ones. 🤷🏻

I work with 30 dealers
m3/m4 awd and rwd allocations were dropped this morning so

I'm placing 3 orders this afternoon so I'll know 100% if it's interchangeable. pretty sure it isn't

UPDATE: U can modify an Rwd/Awd/comp/non-comp!

Have one of each allocation (M3 and M4) with a July build date.

LMK if anyone wants one!

Yes the AWD M3/M4 are separate allocations.

My dealer did not receive any RWD.

This is what I'm struggling with. Will there be allocations each month? Will the demand and subsequently sales prices decrease in 6-12 months? Personally I don't think so which is pushing me to place an order now vs wait months to a year and be in the same position, scrambling for an allocation at MSRP.

Only so many dealers for us RI folks to buy from. Glad you got in early. (I couldn't let the 6MT go and ordered a month ago)

Waiting for call from my dealer. VIR was placed and deposit to hold #1 spot. So far I have not gotten any updates that they have allocations.
I'm going for an individual color as well and when they submitted the VIR they couldn't even pick voodoo blue.
I will hear something Hopefully soon.

Strategic patience leads to satisfaction. I also cannot see how one can pay a substantial premium over MSRP.

Just get a car from Swapalease for a few months and wait until supply demand equation stabilizes.

Ordered an M3 Comp in mid March. Got a production number on 4/5, was scheduled for Production then the status went backwards to Order Received. I just found out yesterday that the car could not be scheduled for production because of a shortage of the Kyalami interior. Even with changing the interior to Silverstone I was told it would now be a 22' build.

I decided to change to BSM over Silverstone (from BG/Kyalami) and just checked and the car is now showing Scheduled for Production. I got 5% off of MSRP with an additional $500 loyalty or I would have just walked away at this point. I'm looking at a July build with late August delivery for now. Good luck.

That sucks!! I went BSM with black so the order went right through. Though now the garage app says it is "In Transit" and Genius still says it is in port waiting for a boat so who knows.

Should be here by the end of the month I hope?

Plenty of them here in SoCal.

But there are some signs that people refuse to pay. There's one dealer in particular that's been sitting on 7 brand new M3s. They have all of them marked as "Pending Sale" but the reality is none of them are pending.

I offered MSRP for a car that was 90% of my desired config. They wanted $10k over. The GSM asked to meet somewhere in the middle and I refused. That was 3 weeks ago. The cars are still there.
