Please oh please 😂. Being Midwest I'm expecting a pretty stout wait time, but atleast I'm first in line for a 3 or 4. Picked up a new M240I last night for the wife until the G8x shows up.

Does anyone know a dealership I can get a quick allocation from with no markup over msrp? I’m currently on 3 waiting lists with 4 ahead of me. I’m in New York so wherever the dealer is they would have to be willing to do a NY deal. Thank you

Kinda in the same boat...#2 on the list, dealer said they got two M4 allocations (one vert) and an M3 base. Said he couldn't flex the base into a comp, which we know isn't true, but at this point I'm on two other waitlists without movement so I don't really have the energy for a cross country search for allocations that don't even exist. My dealer has gotten 2-3 allocations a month the past 2 months so hopefully things are moving?

Still have patience, I'm ok waiting until after winter to take delivery anyway.

You're kind of out of luck. We are all pretty much on lists for allocations. My dealership last had 2 M4x orders go in back in September...I'm #3 on the allocation list. I'll probably see my car by October or November 2022.

I hit the allocation lottery. I called 20-25 dealers in various states & put down deposits at a few. I was called exactly 2 weeks later by my local dealership. Score!! Current individual color has been approved, just waiting on a production date now.

Just got notification from my local dealer I just bought my M240I from that I got my allocation today! What a black Friday deal that is!

Honestly not the best but I think I just had the wrong salesman. He was an older guy who had seemed to have just started. Extremely nice and we hit it off but he was not knoweledgeable. Didn't even know individual order and m custom parts existed. I literally got behind his desk to show him the requested individual build I had made. (Previously was getting m parts and fdg since switched to bsm and no m parts). I definitely moved up quickly after not moving at all and they never charged me the deposit agreed upon.

Summary would list there would not recommend my sales advisor

Would recommend: Matt Z over at Westchester guy was super helpful and super responsive- I was hoping to work with him and get my allocation there. Was surprised I didn't as they are a top dealer in the country.

Hey ! First post on here.

I actually put in a deposit about 3 weeks ago on a m3 xdrive cs. I ended up receiving a voicemail from the dealer stating that they got an allocation (im first in line) and it was like record speed.

I called them back and he told me he was sorry but it was for a non xdrive model and couldnt be used for mine. Not that I expected it this quick or care, as I would rather get it in the spring, but seems odd that you said it was interchangeable.

Perhaps the dealers doesnt know or they are trying to just sell it since it was so quick?
