If i can get my ladder and get up to the car this evening I will get a pic for you. On the driver side if I remember right it's sort of right in the middle of the seat bottom. I haven't done the passenger side yet.
Hello again: Took a few additional pictures to make identification easier for you. I've labelled the possible "plastic push pins" (A to E) based on your answer above. Can you let me know which one you refer to in: "pop the plastic push pin holding the airbag cable to the bottom of the seat bracket, just pull on it".

Thanks!

Two questions:

1) Is it possible to code the full headlight functionality via Bimmercode? and

2) Has anyone put a dash cam in theirs yet? I was thinking of the BMW Advanced Car Eye 3.0 Pro (https://ind-distribution.com/collect...ar-eye-3-0-pro) in mine.

Thanks.

I saw a CSL at my local dealership today, about to be delivered.

It was purchased by a local guy for his teenage daughter. Go figure.

I'm really sorry but I still haven't been back with the car yet.

Best thing I can say is just unbolt it from the floor and lean it over and you will see what needs to be done. It was very obvious and simple once you can see it.

In Australia, there are a minimum of 3 tiers of drivers licences

L: learner --> minimum 1 year (16yo or older)
P: probationary --> minimum 3 years
Full licence

And for the first 4 years of your driving history, you are not allowed to drive high powered cars. What is a high powered car? Anything with a turbo, anything with more than 6 cylinders, anything with more than 120kW/ton

This varies from state to state

As for insurance, almost none will insure anyone under 25 with any of the ones mentioned above

So the daughter (assuming she's under 25) is very lucky she lives in the US

Is she, though? I mean, she could be that rare insanely talented racing driver teenager, but she's likely just in a lot more danger driving the car daddy bought her than she would be behind the wheel of an Outback or some such.

Unless she's the exception, this is insanely bad parenting and dangerous for the kid, her friends, and everyone near them while the car is moving.

They told me how old she was but I was distracted by the CSL. She was definitely in the teen years.

Her current car was an X series M, so she has some go fast already.
