Changing the color of your G80 in the Remote 3D Recorder

Does anyone know how to change the color of your G80 in the Remote 3D Recorder in the MyBMW App? For some reason the color of my G80 has changed from TB2 to BG, when the recorder takes the 3D pics. I contacted BMW Genius and BMW Asst and they do not seem to know how to fix it. All they tell you to do is reinsall the MyBMW App and reboot the system by holding the radio vol button down until the screen goes black....

Mine did the exact same thing. My Toronto Red has been showing gray for the past few weeks.

Did you call anyone to try to get it resolved?

I contatcted BMW Genius again, and submitted information about my IPhone version, app version, and a few other things that they asked me to provide. I relplyed with the answers about two weeks ago. Friday I got an update and the problem is fix!! I am back to TB2!!!

Update 3/2023.50 corrects this issue. Updated to it today and no longer showing a gray M3 and now back to my IOMG car
