Does anyone know how long it takes to get here in US? I am located in New Jersey. so it will be coming to NJ port. I wanted to know if anyone knows how long it take to get a ship assignment.

I bypassed that, but I know the car I ordered took forever to get to port, then it sat there for a while. Don't know if the backlog at port is still going on, hopefully they're working through it and it won't be too long.

I hear they ride a little stiff. What size spacers are you running? Are you on Pzero or Mich. 20% tints look, Sick man! Very classy and sexy build so far. You should post your exhaust clip.

question for everyone. are the rear red reflectors noticeable on this color? I keep going back and forth with ordering the IND color matched rear reflectors, but i feel like this color pretty much will match the stock reflectors so it may be pointless?

Either leave the stock reflectors, or get the black honeycomb ones to break up the color in the back.

Well after doing much research, watching every video on YouTube and reading this thread I am changing my M3 Competition XDrive order from Dravit Grey to Aventurine Red, will now go with silverstone interior as will never be dirty lol, Also probably change to black calipers as I don’t think the red look right with this colour, also getting the ext Carbon pack. In Australia and now the wait begins to about January or February with an October build.

And that's why this forum rocks, because you can make super informed decisions before you purchase. BTW, I have the Silverstone interior, and don't let anyone fool you, it's a pain to keep clean...especially in the summertime with legs and arms exposed. The armrests (the door and the middle one) and the seat get quickly soiled from direct contact with arms and legs. And sometimes your clothes will attract some foreign substance, and then when you sit in the seat, it will transfer that substance to your leather. And there's a few places where the leather ends and there's actually a clothlike material on the edges and corners, in the seams, and this light cloth attracts dirt even faster. So you have to keep this clean too, because it's quite noticeable when it's not. So keep a leather cleaner in your car at all times and be ready to put in work...else you're silverstone interior will be a dull grey in no time. For anyone with the Silverstone interior and a convertible, I'm sure it's a never-ending battle - pollen, dirt, dust, sweat, etc. And for those with the Ivory interior ...it looks stunning, but my goodness, keeping it looking pristine HAS to be an epic battle, especially in the spring and summer. |
