B58 e30 coupe project
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com •I would like to keep the same key fob and push to start •is the I-drive essential? •is there something glaringly obvious that I’m missing that wouldn’t make this project possible? |

It’s not better, due to 2 previous accidents (structural but not severe) the resale value decided to identify as a Zimbabwean dollar, to the point where I can’t pull out the drive train but sell the rolling chassis and only get around 20% than if it I sold it with the full drivetrain. |

The project is certainly possible and what would be easier is to do the “e30 shell swap”. What I mean by this is you use majority of the wiring cabin and bay instead of swapping the engine into the e30. You would need ecru, modules and cluster I would imagine. But that’s obviously not the full list.
Also don’t forget that new shell will need loads of strengthening with braces and or welding. |
