I doubt it personally but let's see.
Many factors maybe the board will be considering :- G82 sales in general - will need to exceed targets perhaps to warrant special edition (not the standard run out specials) Boards option of the market reception of the F82 GTS sales and M brand reputation of reviews. General consensus in about 3 years time for making a performance performance car. Will all focus be going into EV and alike. We hope so, and it would be great to see M build upon the F82 lessons learned but as we know by no means a certainty.

I'd say there's a 99% chance BMW will come out with special editions. They're very clearly all-in on this approach. It might not be called the GTS but there will be a track focused special ed IMO
