It would be nice if they manage it at least one time that the people will see the car when they officially reveal it on their platforms... instead of finding low-res pics a few hours before, followed by the official high-res pics on insta, fb etc.

Just keep in mind - 6MT sedan is coming - from all information we have gotten, the M-engineers/team fought hard for the manual. Until the CTV Blackwings comes to market, this is the only car on the planet that has 5 seats, 4 doors, over 400hp and a manual transmission. No matter what the reaction is to the grilles at least we have a manual transmission.

I got to preview the new m3/m4 at the M track days this past weekend. Without spoiling it, I thought the car looked much better in person vs what I've seen online. The new colors are fantastic. In a few years everyone will be on board with the new kindney grille.

Same here..I was at the same session at Indy. I think IOM potentially could look pretty good, but I would like to see it out in the sun. Overall not overwhelmed by the car ( we have seen so many teasers the past year or so), but I thought it looked pretty nice. I do think it looked better in person versus what I thought it would. I definitely thought the yellow color reminded me of a pale version of Dakar. The new seats in the m4 looked pretty interesting, curious about their comfort.

That's all pretty irrelevant if the car is ugly. You could tell me it has all that with a price point of $25k and I wouldn't be interested without some option to totally revise the front end. Such a shame

The fact that M-engineers/team fought hard for the manual tells me that it may not be available in the next M3 model. I keep debating if I want the manual or AT, given that it will be my daily. The fact that it will be gone soon may be the biggest reason to get one now, while I still can.

And if the tailpipe leak is true this may be the worst design since Chris Bangle.

The carbon fibre looks a distance off the A pillar because the gutter cover trim is gloss black. The yellow part is the optional carbon bucket seat.
