I just traded in my RWD 2021 M3 G80 that I got last March for a 2022 M3CX. I signed the papers on Dec 31 and expect to get it mid March with the 50th anniversary badging. I'll pick it up from K-Town Bavarian Motors where I bought my 21 RWD M3.

Mind sharing how much you got on the trade vs the price you paid? And may i ask why trade in so quickly? Just for the xdrive?

Anyone else still stuck in qc 155 status since early November ? I know there has been some movement for some people but I'm still waiting about to hit 3 months in 155 status this week.

Mike, I know you know this but others may not. For issues with Direct Sales/Military Sales, use the contact info below. I emailed them and magically went from 155 (60+days) to 182. Maybe just a coincidence, but who knows.

Also, Section IV, sentence 2 of my sales contact states "If the date or term of delivery without obligation has been exceeded by six weeks Buyer may demand Seller in writing to effect delivery. Upon receipt of this reminder Seller comes in default. Further to delivery Buyer may claim damages for default as far as such damage has occurred; this claim shall be limited to a maximum amount of 5% of the agreed Purchase Price in case of slight negligence."

I wrote a letter and emailed it below and went from 182 to delivered at dealer in one week. My sales associate got a call at home about my car delivery, so I might have lit a small fire somewhere. I haven't heard back from anyone about the letter yet. The main goal was to get delivery going, I don't really expect they'll pay me anything.

This may all be coincidence, but we need to use whatever leverage we have at our disposal.

I ordered on 4 DEC and got my VIN on 4FEB. It should be in production now and Euler estimates that it will arrive at the end of the month.

I need to send them the funding by 22FEB, so my G83 moved along relatively quickly based upon the timeline anticipated this far.

Has anyone received their cars recently? I'm currently sitting at 112 week 18 after being moved around a couple times and hoping this one will go through.

Nope, I am week 18 as well sitting at 112. I started at week 8. I think you and I have the same sales guy at Bavarian? I'm only assuming because he said he has another customer that is getting delayed and pushed back with the same weeks as me.

No I'm going through Euler, there must be a few of us out there. I called a couple weeks ago and was told military sales were being effected.

I was originally week 40 but some of the delays have been self inflicted.

Military sales korea here, they lowered discount to 5% due to shortage. I got mine locked in at 10%

Mine got on a boat on 30 March! Mine was a week 10 build, ordered in Nov 11 (we priority 3). Just tracking my boat floating west through usa to korea... Mine wasn't pushed surprisingly got lucky.

Same here in Germany. Military sales dropped to 5% temporarily but I was able to lock in my M3 and a X3M at 10%.

Euler is back up to a 10% discount for military customers. When I was first speaking with my SA at Euler it was only 5%, but shortly after I plunked down my deposit I got the very welcome news that the discount is back up to 10%.

It doesn't appear to be across the board. I believe he said the 10% wouldn't apply to the G87 M2, X1, or hybrids.
