I just called the genius for another update. I called last Thursday to check and they were showing that it’s scheduled to be done with VPC on 7/9, but not showing as received yet. Todays update is it arrived at the VPC on 7/8 and now scheduled to be done on 7/12.
From last weeks update, I was hoping to be able to pick it up this upcoming Saturday. With the new update, my hope is now by next Saturday, but there’s still slight chance for this one!

Mine was supposed to be 7/2 dealer delivery but shit happens when you need to cross the whole globe. Then it was supposed to be picked up by transport on Saturday. Still sitting a VPC as of today. Was also hoping for Saturday pickup

FYI...this should be applicable to you since you're in Jax. The day mine went to "In Transit" it arrived at the dealership around 5 pm.

My car just got to the dealer just before they closed around 7pm. Downside is I won’t be able to get to the dealer until Friday afternoon. Another agonizing couple days. On the upside I won the tire lottery and all this talk about some CS’s not getting laser lights due to a shortage at least didn’t apply to me.

Mine is finally resting in my real garage!
Away this weekend, but the car will be getting full PPF and ceramic coating next week.

Well, woke this morning with a message from the dealer. Car had been sitting there while I was outta town, got back last night. They scuffed the rear bumper when moving another car. Pretty good rub of paint (3” long or so on passenger side), and they’d already had it fixed. They offered to refund me the full purchase price and start over if I wished, but ultimately resolved to cover shipping for me (I was planning to drive 500 miles to go get it) and cut me a reasonable check as insurance if that area needs any further attention down the road. Car looks great, hope to get it mid next week. I was pleased the store was up front about it and willing to make things right without any grief.
