Indiv G8X Drivers side Carbon Vent

I'll start off by saying - What a nice touch!

OEM interior carbon bits are perfection - BMW nailed it.

But....

They forgot the drivers side vent - Why is this piece not carbon....
iND has the perfect solution for it.

Right? I dont get it. That little area lacking carbon does not affect me in any way. I would rather use that money for a P3 gauge in that location.
Or use that money towards a mid pipe, lip, spoiler. I dont know. But 500 bucks could go SO much further than this.

I hear you... It's not cheap but...

It's that little bit of extra that's 100% always in your sight when your behind the wheel.

It's a great touch...

First hand seeing the quality/fitment IMO its truly worth it.

But truthfully - interior MOD wise - Its a must have for me.
Its the details that make the difference
The precise quality & fitment that do the trick.

Your Wheels are epic | You spent more on your garage/garage floor then most would spend on a kitchen reno (Its really nice btw I love it)

Looks good, but now it's asymmetric. You need carbon on the right side to balance it out.

Yeah I’m confused why people think that carbon is “missing” from that area, since the rest of the top of the dash that flows across is gloss black and screens. Only the lower dash trim and console are carbon.

The wedge of carbon on the one side is what looks out of place IMO. Price is pretty wild too.

the choice to leave it black makes sense to me from the bmw design. it is to reflect the transition from the dash the center screen opposite side. I don’t see this as a mistake or that carbon was left out. i’m a fan of putting carbon in as many places as possible, but in this case I’ll pass.
