The M3 will be lighter on its feet, sort of speak. Unless your M5 was a CS, once you’re at Stage 2, if done right, the M3 should be quicker at doing the same things. It depends on what you want.

Nice one. I personally like the color.
I drive a Sao Paulo Yellow M3 and was truly scared when pulling the trigger. Call it attention anxiety because of the flashiness of it’s color. It almost made me cancel my order. Now, after dailying my ride for 3 months or so, I am glad I made this choice. In traffic, people who like it give a thumbs up (that’s quite a few) and people who don’t care don’t even peek in. This solidified my choice since I personally like the color, but wouldn’t want to be the clown driving around town. Hope this helps you in any way! |

Depends on the laws in your state, and your dealer. Read the fine print, but usually you can get your deposit back especially since these M3’s sell very quickly. If if were an M4 the dealer might give you a hard time.

I have not driven any of the current generation 5 series, much less the M5, but that's what has been mostly reported by owners of both. |

I also order my new G80 LCI now and i have only two more weeks to make my choice in color to get the car in August- and i still don’t know which color i should order. Its toooo difficult. Makes me crazy. I like grey colors on the car. Like my GTI Clubsport in Mondsteingrau. So i am thinking a lot about chalk or fashion grey. Buton all Car Meetings i go (like Aulitzky Tuning Event 2 weeks ago) my views go first to the colored cars. Mint was long time my favorite. I had the possibility to see it at a Dealer. But iam tired about that color. Last Weekend Car meeting- two cars in Mint (no BMW and wrapped but mint). So now i also think about Turkish Borusan Blue. But i ve never seen it. Also Dealers i talked to- nobody ever have seen it no pictures in Intagram, only from the racing Team. So u are a pioneer. Unfortunately i have to make my choise before u get your car. I will let u know if i also ordered, but i think fashion grey can look boring so fast. But dont be worry- u will stay unique in America, i am from Germany. Greetings |
