My RAM stop sale was opened on the 5th and is still open... Was supposed to get the car on the 10th but that is definitely not happening. I thought if they opened it that means they have the parts to fix it, but im becoming less and less confident on that.

Sorry to see that, but thanks for sharing your update. I don't think Oxnard VPC has RAM parts yet which is perplexing because it seems like other ports (Texas, NY for example) are closing out their RAM and PMA stop sales. Hopefully, west coast will get some RAM parts soon.

CA says that the port did not have RAM parts but apparently just received them so we should start seeing them close soon. Does anyone know if the VPC is open on Saturday’s?

Interesting… I didn’t know CA’s get that information. I really hope that’s true though for all of ours sakes. I asked genius if they work in saturdays and she didn’t know.

Yeah. Apparently he had someone contact the VPC and they provided that info. Really hope it’s true.

Today marks 4 weeks for me at the Oxnard VPC. Based on other threads, PMA/RAM stop sales are closing out at other ports, but I don't see any movement on the RAM yet in Oxnard. Anyone else see any movement on your RAM stop sales?

This is starting to get ridiculous. Doesn’t seem that anyone else has stop sales open except for at port Hueneme. Has no one closed RAM in the past month?

Based on the responses here, no. But then again, not everyone posts here.

Also, there are boats with more cars arriving. From other threads, for those cars that had them, their stop sales closed in Germany prior to getting on a boat. Silver lining I suppose that at least the cars with stop sales may not be piling up in Oxnard.

I really hope this means that we'll start seeing some of these stop sales closed. I'm going on three weeks with RAM and Amp stop sales (3/28/22). I'd love to take delivery before May 1.

So call it coincidence or not, but this morning I called Genius and of course they had no update nor ETA on parts availability. I asked for a contact to escalate the matter ("squeaky wheel" mentality), and they just pointed me to my CA. I emailed my CA for an update and to request an escalation but no reply. 2 hours later, RAM shows closed. I emailed CA again, and he confirms vehicle should be released to the carrier today with an ETA at the dealership of mid to late next week. I am sure it's completely a coincidence, and I may never know if today's prodding helped. Well anyway, it is certainly a Good Friday. Happy Easter y'all.

Keep hope alive! We are so close. Took 30 days for the PMA and RAM work orders to close.

I'm tracking a few G8x's that arrived at the port at or around the same time as mine. A G80C destined for Arizona just had its RAM closed today. The others are still open.

I have only been tracking a few cars so this is only a small sample size.

And my G80C is still stuck at the VPC. I have been told it has been released to the carrier but waiting for a truck/carrier assignment. It was originally estimated to arrive at the dealer today, however there has been a delay of a few days. I can only imagine that there's either a lack of drivers or they're waiting to fill the truck to capacity before shipping (or both).
