week 15 should be week of 4/11. I am week 14 and they told me that's the first week of april 4/4. I believe the build starts 1-2 weeks before the completion week.

Glad to see another Houstonian in the same week! What dealer did you get yours through? I ended up ordering through Momentum as that was the first allocation I ended up finding.

I flipped to 112 yesterday (3rd time's the charm!) and called Genius this AM where they confirmed I'm now week 15. Here's my build:

I ordered through BMW West since I'm in Katy. I think the dealer in Midtown could have gotten an allocation sooner, but they both originally promised the same Jan allocation and I talked to BMW West first so I stuck with them. They also collected my card info for the order deposit but never actually ran the card.

I drove a GTR for the past 11 years, so I went with a base to get the manual transmission. My build:

Yeah mine was a toss up between Advantage and Momentum in terms of the places I could probably get one the quickest (found the Momentum allocation through a member here). That's funny, they never ran my car for the deposit either despite me going up to the dealership and doing all the paperwork, etc.

Nice build! Sounds like ours might end up getting here together if things hold as they are

11 years with a GTR is a long time too. I've never owned a car that long

Seems like it. If build week 15 is 4/11, the timelines on the ordering sticky sounds like another 3 weeks, so first week of May to accept delivery? Depressing to think by the time I can sit in it, it'll be over 6 months from when I ordered.

I would guess some time in June to be honest, if not potentially even July. Too many factors to know for sure though between the stop sales/quality control and then how long it takes to get on a ship, plus which ship you get on (some are 20-30 days to get to port, some are longer), and then however long it takes to get on a truck to the dealer.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but lately I think the average from starting production to showing up at the dealer is somewhere around 3 months give or take?

There has been a flood of people hitting 112 in the past couple of days, across several build weeks. This seems different from the recent past where build weeks would hit 112 in a predictable fashion about 2-3 weeks ahead of production. I wonder if this means anything? We'll probably never know.

I just hope we all stay at 112 without getting bumped, many of us for the 2nd or 3rd time!

I went with Frozen Dark Grey on extended KO interior. Pretty much all the bells and whistles. Can't wait to see it!

Ahh ok, I bought my first BMW through them and had a great experience.

Any other "Week 15" folks get bumped like me? I just checked online, back to 111 status (from 112). Frustrating.

I'm still sitting at 112, but I also didn't move to 112 until mid week, so I'm assuming if I'm getting bumped it would happen around midweek as well. Looking at the week 14 thread is heartbreaking, one guy was even in 150 with a vin and still got bumped somehow. Is it worth calling genius or will they just have the same info the tracker does?

week 23 as well from 14. we both have carbon buckets so i think that may be the issue

When did you originally place your order, and how many times have you been bumped? I ordered in October, didnt get allocation until Jan, and then been bumped 4 times to week 15. If I get bumped again, it'll be #5...
