G20 anti dazzle coding works just fine with Bimmercode on my G82. Did not do the extra coding that requires esysx.

Does it create well defined light tunnels?

Hmm... My 2017 was AMAZING at it, but when I got my 2018 they had changed the light module so it wasn't possible and you just got this half assed attempt by the car to do it. I never really knew if I was pising people off or not where as with the 2017 there were SHARP demarcations of the edge of the light. Ended up just never using the auto high beams on the last one because they were stuck esys coded in that half assed state. I guess I'll have to give it a try since I can easily undo it with Bimmercode

Which OBD adaptor are you all using. I've been using the Vgate iCar Wifi. I had a heck of a time getting it connected as opposed to my phone auto connecting to the cars wifi (which I'm not entirely sure I knew I had). The Bimmercode manual says to put the car into diagnostic mode by pressing the start/stop button 3 times which I did and the car said it was in the mode. I was able to code ASD off, but it told me that I couldn't access the lighting and a few other modules with the adapter I was using.

EDIT: I ordered this one as it says it was made for Bimmercode and is Bluetooth so it should be easier to connect Bimmercode OBD adapter
Edit, Edit - this adaptor works perfectly with Bimmercode

Could you please post a screenshot, I can't find ASD off option. Also are you under G20 or X3M? I am using uniscan adapter. Or I may have to get a new adapter.

It has its own category labeled "Active Sound Design" and was the only thing in the category. I tried connecting under 4 series, but it didn't seem to like it so I tried again with 3 series (I think that was as specific as it got) and I was able to connect.

Is the Anti Dazzle with the new Laser LEDs offering the function of changing the direction of each bright light based on the conditions?

It's more of tunneling where instead of the high beams turning on and off it tunnels and moves the beam around to not blind traffic ahead of you or oncoming.

Niiiice. So glad this is "code-able". I had this coded in my F82, and it was quite impressive.

Thanks!

Why isn't this dazzle feature available by default? Never heard of it before but sounds cool

I believe it's something along the lines of the US government doesn't allow it. Same with the full laser headlights. They have to be crippled for US consumption.

OK, so maybe I'm missing it. Where in Bimmercode do I look for the anti-dazzle? I looked under lighting, but didn't see it.

Unfortunately the headrests are linked to the welcome lights in the car so if you even can code them on to stay on at night, so will all the welcome lights

As far as I know no one has untethered the two, let me know if you figure it out I want this pretty badly lmao!
