Your interior is the brightest/truest Fiona red that I have seen! Mine seems a bit "lighter" in color.

Thanks!! It does seem very vibrant which I love. Maybe it's the "full" Fiona leather being on the dash as well that's making it look brighter?

Congrats for your gorgeous new toy fellow Ontarian!
For your key fob issue, I went with this key case cover for my M240i key and aside for not being a perfect fit (had to force the key a bit into it), the key it is still perfectly usable and not a bothering issue for me.
Great for protecting they key from scratches and IMHO a nice carbon design

To be honest, the rear is perfect for me already so I may just do the Eibach pro kit springs in the front. Or the KW HAS kit...haven't decided. It's funny, I measured the stock height from the ground to the front lip (at the corners and in the middle) and the M3 sits EXACTLY (to the mm) as the RS5. The biggest difference though is the RS5 at stock height has a "two finger" gap at the front wheel whereas the M3 is almost 4 fingers! It's like a 4x4. Lol
Agreed, I just ordered the Eibach springs for the front only. Factory height in the rear is perfect IMO.

I seen discussion about this before and thought was that doing just front would alter the balance of the car.

It's luxury and performance, but the M3 is performance with some luxury (although the full leather is nice touch that the RS5 doesn't offer). Both absolutely great vehicles, just different goals.
how stiff is the M3 in comfort compared to the M340i in sport? (if you can remember)

i sold my M340i because it's missing a something ... that something that the M3 has ...

In Comfort it's not stiff at all. I had the adaptive suspension in the M340i and they feel the same in Comfort. The M3 only really gets stiff once you put it in Sport or Sport Plus, but even then it's stiff but properly sprung (not crashy or unsettled).

Very very true.
i have thought of another question. i find the steering wheel in the M340i too chunky and too stiff even in comfort mode.

i don't suppose the M3 is even stiffer in comfort?

Steering wheel is just as chunky. In Comfort it's normally weighted, but pretty dead. In Sport it's just heavy and even more devoid of feel in my opinion. It's the one big negative on the M3 right out of the box.

The RS5 steering is definitely a bit lighter but it doesn't feel numb or artificial. It's not as quick to change directions as the M3 though...the M3 is razor like.

Thanks! And congrats, you will be VERY happy! Similar cars, but the M3 has more edge to it and feels more playful and compact (at least vs the RS5 Sportback that I had).
