Question on Exterior Carbon Package

New to BMW. I have an 25 M4 on order. It includes the exterior carbon package ($4700 option).

Can someone confirm what trim pieces still come without carbon fiber?

And what vendor do you recommend to complete the car with C/F?

Does the C/F additional look similar to the OEM C/F finish?

Thank You for any assistance that you can provide.

Front air vents, rear spoiler, mirror caps, rear diffuser are included. That leaves the front and rear corners, diffuser trim, side “breathers”, side skirts and front grille as parts which will still be gloss black and can be changed to carbon either with oem M performance parts or aftermarket.

As far as matching the look, oem doesn’t even look like oem, the carbon exterior pack and the roof are different weave patterns and don’t match right from the factory.

Thanks for the information. More than I expected. Wish the would have had an option to do everything at once.

You can order other OEM CF parts to be port installed (meaning it gets put on at the American port and will appear on the window sticker [helps on resale]). Attached is a list of all the port installed options

Genuinely curious and not intended to attack anyone, why are people picky about matching CF weave patterns? I see this comment a lot on here and on other sites.

I have a car with stock Carbon fiber wheels and it has some mismatch and I only even noticed when someone came up to my car and showed me. Even after that, never really bothered me.

Not that I would really care either but it’s like paint not matching.
