Point being the red and blue "individual" options would sell a ton more than the orange and blue options they are giving as standard. This isn't opinion, this is just a fact. |

Only look at the upper part of the front, it's good, but combined with the lower grille and bumper and those vents, it's chaos. Just like the forum banner, it's good-looking, sharp, and muscular.

Black wheels are passé.

I also like the red/black and the dark blue/black interiors here. But if significantly more expensive I’m lucky enough to also like the look of all black interiors and their easy maintenance is a plus.

As Mkoesel said, they may be priced the same even if they are "individual" options. You're assuming, however, that BMW wants them to sell more. I've been in the manufacturing world my entire adult life. The less options you offer, the more efficienct you run your operations, the more money you make (irrespective of price differences in the various options you offer).

I personally feel BMW did well in the "standard" selection this time around (especially the orange interior). The Fjord Blue looks great though...

Only black will hide/mask the ugly front end design.

Brilliant White Metallic is pure sex to begin with, not sure it needs the additional Frozen treatment though as it's already beautifully balanced between raw reflectiveness and subtle pearlescence, like it's finely covered with morning dew or melting ice

Does anyone know if the frozen colors are still a little more complicated to take care of than regular paint?

I think that will look great... it's actually a combination I'm considering too...but do you think it would come across too much like a WRX?

Negative: Not sure whether they have ceramic coating on frozen colors now, can't repair when scratched, specialised/more expensive car shampoo etc.

That's the origin of my dislike for any gold or bronze wheels....WRX ruined it for me.
