I placed a deposit with my dealer in March at the top of their list (this is the 4th BMW I’ve bought from them) and finally received the good news this past Friday!

This is just a daily to replace my 2020 330i, so it's pretty basic. The 330i is great car for my family hauling needs, but driving an automatic every day was sucking the life out of me!

6/2: Allocation received and order accepted (111)
6/16: Scheduled for production (112)
7/4: EXTERIOR BODY ASSEMBLY BEGINS
7/5: IN THE PAINT BOOTH

How did you find out your production week? I got my production number today, and I've used the Chrome trick, but I don't see anywhere the build week is specified.

You can call/email the bmw genius & your CA should also have that info.

Build week isn't provided in My Garage, but there should be a field called "prod date", and you can figure it out from there.

Something similar happened to me. I got my production number, but no build week specified.

I called a Genius and got it ironed out: 884-443-6487

Go through the prompts and you’ll get a Genius that can give you that info.

Once you get a VIN, you can follow a lot more in the MyGarage App.

Thanks for the help. I called BMW Genius and they said my allocation is set for build week 27.

Seems I’m production week 29, which is from July 16th - 22nd per the genius I spoke with. Guess I need to find that thread, but, congrats to the OP and all others in week 28!

Lost my 23 allocation due to Carbon Bucket availability. Thanks to Next Level Auto Brokers, I have a Week 28 MY24 allocation.

Here is the timeline and build:

Timeline:
11/19/22: Placed deposit and put on the waitlist
3/04/23: Received allocation and production number - status code 111
5/11/23: Status Code: 112
5/11/24: Status Code 105
5/12/23: Dealer call… No Carbon Buckets, change to standard seats or MY24?
5/12/23: Decision to keep Carbon Buckets and give up MY23 allocation
5/16/23: Confirmed back on the waiting list with the dealer (Not super happy about that)
6/05/23: Contacted Next Level Brokers (Awesome! Wish I had done that earlier)
6/06/23: Secured MY24 Week 28 Allocation
6/07/23: Status Code: 111

Moved to 112 today. Positive, but still skeptical as I have been here before. I also see 23’s continue to be canceled due to carbon buckets. Hope they factored that into the 24’s????

Sending good vibes your way. I think that you have a MY24 allocation vs the 23 will make this a different story. Totally a hunch though.

I’m Week 30 so I’ll be watching this thread closely!

$4042 for TE37 SL's 19x9.5 Front & 19x10.5 Rear in Flat Black

I saw some slightly better deals out there, but I wanted to order from a vendor I personally trust.

That's not a bad price, but how come you went with 19's? What vendor did you go through?

My goal is light weight vs looks, plus they'll be less susceptible to bending with the larger tire sidewalls. I got them from Vivid.

So my 23' build just got pushed into a MY 24' due to carbon bucket shortage.

Been waiting since March & originally had build week 19, got moved to Week 20, 22 , then again to 26. And finally today it got switched over to a MY 24'

Scheduled for production now Week 28 confirmed.

You go to mygarage.bmwusa.com, add your car using your production number and then track your status. If you have a VIN, you will see it there. The VIN indicates 150 status (or higher); that is where the magic happens.

There is a plug-in you can add to your browser that will give you your status code and more detail:

Yea Hit it a few days ago called BMW Genius they said car production should be done if i remember correctly July 13
