G82 Purchase SOCAL
Hi everyone,
I’m looking to purchase a new G82. I see that some dealers still have 2024 models and others are receiving the 2025 models. What type of deals do you think I can get in terms of discount off MSRP? For those who recently bought a G82, did the dealers work with you and give you a good deal? |

I made the identical post yesterday.
Im in SoCal also wanting to buy a G82 (for my G80). The consensus is 1-5% off MRSP. https://g80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=2093635 |

I would avoid buying in California all together. Look at other states. Folks get ripped off in California. Look at Oregon. No sales tax. BMWs as a whole are much cheaper and less tax.
I bought mine in eastern Arizona and it was $10k less with the exact same year, miles (240 miles less) and model as one in San Diego. |

To be fair that is FAR from the norm. 10-15% is way under invoice and the only way I can see a dealer taking that kind of loss is if the car has been sitting forever.

I got 10.75% off sticker and 12% off would be sticker (car was June build and sticker went up July 1). It's doable. Look for an indie paint car at a dealer that has several of them. Sorry, I missed this thread last week. Would have been more easily accomplished before end of Q1.
