As soon as I found out that Fiona Red interior was an option, I added it my M3 Comp build. It’ll go nicely with the BGM. I loved my Imola Red interior in my JB E46 M3 and couldn’t resist ordering the red interior again.

Did your CA confirm that Fiona Red would be able to be ordered with the CF seats? My G82 build is BSM over Fiona Red and I'm still waiting on confirmation/approval from BMW for the CF seats

I've posted this somewhere else before, and this is the only corporate website where they still have this up. You can config the M4 to have the Individual Leather with the CF seat and also see it in the trim section. They have took it off the South Africa website. It's not the full configurator but it's okay.

Having had cars with aftermarket seats the likes of Recaro, Sparco, and Bride I didn’t consider getting the CF seats. I know the side bolsters will wear/tear after a while of getting in an out. I’ve been down that road before. From our brief conversation though I was told that Fjord Blue, Fiona Red and Tartufo will NOT be available for the CF seats. Though, it wouldn’t hurt to ask your CA. What’s the worst they can tell you, right?

I will say that the “standard” seats are anything but. I test drove the M3 base yesterday at the BMW Honolulu release event and I thought they were awesome.

I went to my dealership today and they couldn’t pull up Fiona red even on the individual link. Is it still available here in U.S? Is there an extra cost for it and if so how much?

That's interesting I know a few people are n here aside from me have asked thier CA about the Fiona red and they got it. My CA pulled it up on his configurator while we were on the phone and added it to my order at no additional cost on the M3C.

I was told I could submit order with it and they would see what the cost would be.

It is absolutely available in the US right now as a standard option. Your CA will see it in their interface. No extra charge. I ordered mine 3 weeks ago with no issue.

I saw it on an M8 on the show floor and don't agree with the "lipstick" comments - it's nowhere near as loud as some of the Porsche red interior's I've seen!

If it helps, it's a standard color on 7 and 8 series cars, so you'll find a bunch of interior pics over on those forums. It's definitely not bright like Kyalami or Sakhir are.

I saw a swatch of leather at the dealership and an 8 series with the interior. The question I had was the availability because my dealership didn’t know about it and thought it would cost extra if it was.

Here is a snippet from the dealer ordering guide. Fiona red became available at the end of March. Build codes should help, but I saw all the options available when my advisor built my car.

Fiona Red interior is by far the most memorable color. Looks striking with any exterior color choice.

How does it compare to Sakhir Orange from the previous gen?

Would coupling this with Portimao Blue simply be too much? I'm not against the Superman theme necessarily, but I think two very bright/vivid colors might be too loud.

Finally saw it in person. Want to love it but just too bright and fear I would regret it. Honestly wish BMW would allow building with an interior color from a lower series. The tacora red from the 4 series imo is the perfect red for the dravit grey I'm building.

To answer your question, definitely think it would work with PB but once you mentioned superman there was no unseeing it

If it appeals to you though, go for it.
