I know that option adds the mirror caps pained in the body color and the polished tailpipes, but what does that option do in conjunction with the Carbon Fiber Exterior package? Anyone seen one like this?

I asked this same question a couple months back, and the consensus seems to be that if selecting the Shadowline trim deletion option with CF exterior package, the net result is that the tailpipes are dark, but everything else is CF (rather than the black shadowline plastic).

(That BETTER be the result, if someone's paying all that money for CF!)

Update: Sorry, I was thinking about the Extended Shadowline trim option for the Base model, rather than deleting the shadowline on the Competition. But hopefully the net result is the same (CF everywhere it should be).

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. I can't imagine not having the CF mirror caps at that price.

The result of carbon fiber exterior package with extended shadowline trim delete gives you everything in the carbon package and polished exhaust tips. Mirror caps will be CF.
