Fuel mixture too rich, both banks.
Did you maybe go wild with Boostane and clog up your upper o2 sensors?

No Boostane. I've cleared the codes and will see it it comes back. I hope its not an injector. Who knows I may have a wire that is melting on an O2.

Do you have any sort of aux fueling set up and active? Running FlexFuel setup maybe? Check what does LTFT and STFT read for both banks at WOT. Most likely it’s fuel scaling being off which should be corrected in the map.
