Nice choices! I used the same combo on my M2C and the gloss was crazy good and it's very hydrophobic!

Thanks man. I'm looking forward to it. Due to weather, I can't really work on it until April or so. I figure, I'll just have the dealer apply some carnauba wax to last me a few months through the winter. Then I can take the polisher to it once it gets warmer to get out all the defects before the ceramic.

What was your experience like applying UK 3.0? Is it pretty easy to tell when it flashes? I'm used to CQ Lite, but this would be my first time with this particular product.

I used Gyeon Wet Coat for my car until April gets here and was very happy with the outcome. Also I came behind it with some Turtle Wax Ice spray once I dried it and it did the trick for me.

It was very easy to install. Can tell pretty easily once the product flashes. You will see a rainbow like haze indicating it's ready to be removed. Gliss flashed really fast (more of a milky colored hazed) and was pretty much ready to be removed right after I finished applying it to a panel. All will depend on the weather at time of application though. Test a small section before you start to get a sense for how fast it's flashing. It will help you determine far you can push it from a panel size before you have to start removing.

Wet coat is good in a pinch but I tend to prefer the spray on sealants after the wash process. Had great results from Gyeon Can coat, Gyeon Cure, CarPro Reload and Kamikaze Top coat. My current favorite being CarPro products.

I applied two coats of CQ UK 3.0, topped with a single coat of CQ Lite, then Reload after every 2-3 washes since then. Coming from plain-ol' CQuartz for our previous 5 vehicles, UK 3.0 is quite easy to apply.

I do also, I used the Wet Coat due to weather as munimal protection until I had a chance to wax and maybe put a ceramic coating on. I don't drive my car in weather but when I take it out, the residual salt and grime still splashes on car.
