sirius xm, i don't want it, i am already getting spam emails from them.

it appears you have to cancel to avoid getting charged.. man i hate this company, i hate the service. i hate that BMW forcefully gives all your information to this company.

That's when you sign up directly for a trial. How would they charge you if you haven't given them your credit card? Or did you?

i did not give them a credit card, but what prevents them from charging my account and then putting the account in overdue status, etc?

i mean it literally says:
"You must cancel your subscription during your promotional period to avoid future charges"

Again, that's when YOU start a trial. A credit card is required. Your car came with a trial. You did not agree to those terms.

This is nothing. Not at all relevant to the fee trial that comes with your car.

You do not need to take any action with regards to the free trial that comes with the vehicle. I've had free trials on my cars for many years now and not once have I ever had to proactively cancel the trial. Whether it's for 3 months or a year, the trial will end and the next day you just won't have access to the channels.

and if you do need to cancel, you can simply do it online. No need to call.

This is how I did it. The last month that you have the trial,purchase what ever plan you want. It should kick in when trial expires
