Being told it will be on-line only, my dealer is not happy about it. But just look at Benz, Honda seems like its heading that way.

M4 csl

I have left a deposit with the dealer for one but i would rather have the m4 cs when ever that comes out. I am led to believe the csl will have no back seats

Can't see BMW going the way of Benz and Honda. It has not been well received and there are legal cases looming as I understand. Could be interpreted as a type of price fixing IMO.

Let's hope BMW stays as they are now.

yup. The car dealer lobbie is strong. In the 90s they successfully lobbied to pass new or expand existing state franchise laws make it a criminal offense for an auto manufacturer to sell a new car to anyone but a state-licensed car dealer.

I believe BMW has always had control over supply and distribution of limited edition models and paying full price has been the norm. This hasnt changed

I talked to a dealer who taught it would be like the Kith edition (Online) but I spoke to another bigger dealer and he said it should be normal like the M5CS.
