That still seems to be the standard 4s, not the star spec tire. I honestly don't think there's an appreciable difference between the Pirellis and the Michelins for regular street driving. I got Michelins but I would not have swapped Pirellis out had I got them.

You are right. I bought PS4s for my previous car and found them to be great. I just call BS on people who exaggerate when they basically say that the Michelin are the best tires in the universe and the Pirellis are so bad tires that they have to be put in the trash as soon as possible. For having used the two products they are in the same range with marginal differences.

100% agreed. Keyboard Racing is always maximalist. I bet 99% of people on this forum will not take their M3 to the level where one tire will clearly outperform the other between those 2 high quality tires. Now if you compared one them with some Chinese POS that’s different
