Idk exactly measurement wise. It's setup max low in the front and max high in the rear.

Best will be going Full Coilovers.

All the aforementioned set ups have their pros/cons you just have to decide which best suit your budget. I had the H&R VTF Has Kit I had no complaints it was flawless but compared to my KW V3 coils yea you can tell the difference instantly.

Best for what? They all get the job done.

I like H&R the best as its got an aggressive stance for front and rear (very important for me), and its still very comfortable for daily driving

I never saw them in person next to each other with the lowest setting on each, but from the pictures, KW looks higher.

On my H&R, if I go any lower, it wouldn't clear the tires so I don't see how you can go more aggressive than that.
