Dimple spot will be the death of me

These little corners are so difficult to keep clean. Need something small and sturdy to scrub this out? Any advice out there on what tools work best for you?

You need a boars hair set. They have stuffer bristles. Soft enough not to scratch, but stiff enough to clean well. The "work stuff" brushes are more high end, and more expensive, but they are great. Also, get some real wheel cleaner. Meguiars D14301

You may also try a wet/soapy microfiber during the wash process and use it to get into the smaller areas by hand…unless you can't fit a finger in them …then I'm a big fan of the detailing brushes! Lots of variety out there, but would recommend buying a kit of various sizes to have on hand.
