Future exhaust setup

Hello, I made a post the other day and I’m very appreciative of all the help you guys have provided. However, I’m back after some deliberation and thoughts about the subject.

My current plan is:
1. Delete stock secondary cat and 1 resonator, both on midpipe.
2. Equal length or single midpipe
3. catted downpipes

so my questions are:
1. Regarding stock secondary cat delete, according to my understanding it wont throw a CEL. is that correct?
2. Are any of you guys running stock exhaust with a cat and resontor delete that can post clips of it? cold start, revs, drive-bys. Anything and everything is appreciated.
3. is there a difference in rasp between a single midpipe vs equal length ones? Because if that is the case, i might get a resonated midpipe.
4. I’ve read that remus race exhaust is causing droning for many users, any other exhaust options that i should be aware of that do the same?

Cheers!

1. Correct
3. Both can rasp when aftermarket downpipes are installed so go resonated.
4.Go with a valved system.

A lot less rasp when you have catted downpipes though. That will help with a single midpipe. Get a valve controller and run your stock rear before you go and spend big money on an axleback, it wakes it up a ton with dp and midpipe (along with valves being fully opened)

Im a bit confused to this plan.

You are deleting the secondary cats and 1 resonator then you are adding a midpipe which will replace the resonator.

Why not directly go with a midpipe?
