BMWPartsPros.com l BMW M PERFORMANCE STEERING WHEEL

M Performance Steering wheel without race display for vehicles with sport automatic and shift-paddles.

Contains:
Alcantara/leather
Trim strip in blue
M tri-color stitching
Flattening (small) on bottom
Modified thumb rest and hand grip. (like M2 Pro)
Modified upper wreath cross section with edge. (like M2 Pro).
Trim and shift paddles are sold separately.

*For vehicles with heated steering option and non-driving assistant professional option.*

When installing the M Performance steering wheel in cars with steering wheel heating SA 248, the heating function will no longer work. It does not need to be decoded. The switch for steering wheel heating remains non-functional. The error memory message can be ignored.

Love this wheel! Some of the description is a little misleading… am I reading correctly that I would lose my heated steering wheel function?

Hello,

Yes that is correct when installing any BMW M Performance Steering Wheel.

The heated function is disabled when upgrading the wheel.
