So I got the test flight version and coded out the ASD successfully but it is still on and nothing changed. It will only turn off when I press the exhaust looking button on the center console.

Did you do the process of pulling the code for it first? it won't work correctly without doing that.

No, I didn't know I had to do that part. I thought you just had to code it out. Going to look into this now.

Hello,
I have the normal version of bimmercode but couldnt find any option of starting in sport. I dont mind starting in comfort but I really need to assign that M-mode to M1. So far, no luck with that.

Was thinking about messing around with the brake force display in Bimmercode. Does anyone know what the brake force display actually looks like on US market cars? Blink? Increased brightness? Of course I could test this myself but I'd need to enlist a helper. Thought someone here may have a quick answer.

Does this car have VLD along with anti-dazzle? If it has VLD can we code it out with bimmercode? what about NGHB? Sorry I'm new to this

Not sure about bimmercode and NGHB but should be able to use esys and code it.
Should be the same as the G20 series outlined in this post

To be permanently on? I would advise against adjusting anything with the rear lights (even brake force). I am too worried that someone will rear-end me and say the lights weren't working or something.

Has anyone changed the alarm type? I was poiking around the roof module and noticed it had three alarm types. USA, UK and one other one... I think. Does that change the alarm tone? Im scared to try it..lol.

Yeah. One of the first things I did. Just changes the pitch if the tone. Try it.

Did I miss it somewhere in the settings or Idrive itself? I need the radio to shut off with engine. I know I had that option with F series. Fn driving me nuts, I’d rather have 2 door handle jerks back lol

That setting is in idrive. Where... I dont know. But its there. Ive seen it.

The setting is in iDrive. I can find out for you later, but I prefer the radio to stay on until I open the door. Its nice if you are going to park somewhere for a few mins and still want to listen to music without wasting fuel.
