Work in Nashville where this is, but live 30 miles south. Company put me up at a hotel by the airport tonight since everything is supposed to freeze over tonight. Crazy weather!

First time since August I didn't get in an hour of exercise. I was busy all day and tonight it's 10F outside with 20MPH winds. Dangerous windchill. So much for walking for an hour. My pain cave is now taken up by a foster kitten, so no riding the trainer or rowing inside. Oh well, I needed a rest day anyway.

She's adorable, but that's a temporary thing with cats. Last thing we need is another eat-and-poop machine in the house.

I understand. I have one and I love her to death but I don't want more than one. Done that already. Besides, my cat, whose been here 8 years, might not like another cat and I've got to think of her first.

We are expecting a strong "Weather Bomb" in a couple of hours. My partner and I have closed the clinic as patients cancelled and we didn't want the staff on the road.
