M3 CS?

I did a search and did not see a thread - so thought I would ask, given success of M2CS, M5CS, and m4CS in pipeline... do we have any info on a M3CS? This time I plan to put an order in as soon as any real info becomes available.

From what I've seen in some Dealer Network newsletters, there will be a G80 M3 CS. I believe the CSL will be on the M4.

I've already secured the first allocation at my dealer, so if you are interested in one you should talk with your dealership about getting on the list.

As far as I know, BMW plans to keep the CS and CSL as separate trim levels. So I doubt that they would do a CSL and not a CS. Also, they are not the same.

Did you put a deposit down? I was told by my preferred dealer they couldn't hold any allocations quite yet...

No, I haven't had to put a deposit down in a long time. But I've been buying cars from BMW NS since before they were at that location. Probably done at least 20 with them.

Same here. No info on it but I placed myself on the waitlist as well with my dealer and I’m currently #1.

At this rate I’ll probably only have my G80 for less than a year before trading it in.

The CS version of both the M3 and M4 will be revealed next year.
This year will have the spotlight for the M4 CSL. There will be no M3 CSL

did the e46 m3 have a cs version, if so that would make sense im not 100% sure, however just going off bmw history for the past 3 generations(e46,e9x,f8x) it was always base model, competiton model, then a "race"(csl, gts,cs)model. maybe it will be a very limited production car like how the f82 m4 gts was.

No, there was no CS version for the E46, only CSL and Competition Pack.
