Not sure about the interest rate but I'm currently locked in atleast 4.74 and that's with 0.75% loyalty decrease. Will have to see what the programs are like in spring when my car is delivered. Hopefully better.

Loyalty decrease? Did you negotiate that or is it legit because your can't stop going back to buy a new car every couple years

Price Increase

I spoke by then to my dealer and they conserved the price that I had signed before. They did that by adding the extra price as a discount for me.
My dealer advised there will be a "minor" price increase in the new year. I have a March 22 build, therefore he said I will be subject to the price increase. I'm staying silent on this for now, but will fight it if I'm formally advised of a price increase. After I sign a contract with my customers I can't go back and ask for more money. And I can't find specific language in my OTP allowing my dealer to pass on a factory price increase. (I'm looking forward to the challenge, ha!&#128563

I placed an order for my G83 last weekend, but it is a US military sales transaction in Germany so my SA confirmed that my current price would be locked on the order date. Military purchases are direct transactions with BMW AG so I will need to confirm. We do get a fixed discount from MSRP, so at least I have that going for me.

My car was suppose to be produced in week 50 and it got kicked to week 5. It's bullshit that I ( and others) are getting screwed.
Don’t catastrophize. It’s Canada. You can’t assume that applies here.

I spoke with my dealer today (Massachusetts) and they said they will honor my price if any price changes come down the pipeline. I'm currently #4 on the waitlist and put my name down 2 months ago.

200 dollar increase on bmw configuration. Not bad. 73k base instead of 72800 (unless they made an error since 6mt had a 1200 increase... This is bmw USA website

Smaller increase than expected. I wonder if this is factoring in items that have been removed?

The OP on the first post in this thread is showing pricing for Canada by the looks of the original MSRP.

I went right to the top at BMW Canada. I argued that one a contract is signed it's binding and a price increase is unethical. E.g. I am a home builder, once I sign a contract with my client I can't increase the price because lumber costs went up. BMW Canada agreed and reversed my $2800 my increase.
