Best will be going Full Coilovers.
All the aforementioned set ups have their pros/cons you just have to decide which best suit your budget. I had the H&R VTF Has Kit I had no complaints it was flawless but compared to my KW V3 coils yea you can tell the difference instantly. |

Best for what? They all get the job done.
I like H&R the best as its got an aggressive stance for front and rear (very important for me), and its still very comfortable for daily driving

I never saw them in person next to each other with the lowest setting on each, but from the pictures, KW looks higher.
On my H&R, if I go any lower, it wouldn't clear the tires so I don't see how you can go more aggressive than that.
