I should get mine late 2022, so I have to get specific tires I assume.

Thanks
(also I think I recognize this place, I may not live that far, albeit all houses in this area kinda look the same...)
I rock these on my M3X, have been just fine in town and up in the hills this winter season:

Thanks for the tip. $1000 for a full set is great.

Ahh...Vredestein are amazing. I haven't had a bad experience with them. Good call.

Surprisingly the only other tire I've like in the winter for performance vehicles is the Pirelli winter sottozero. Dunlops winters, eh. I hate Continentals, and Michelin has been hit or miss for me (for winter tires, love their summers).

EDIT. OH, and I love Nokian Hakkapelitta's!

Thanks for the tips guys.

Anybody with a 4WD M3 or M4 here that can attest that the car does well on snowy days?

The roads to exit my neighborhood are not plowed and they generally stay white and icy for a couple days once it snows.

I kinda mentioned that in my post above ;-). It does just fine with snow tires.

I have the same Vredestein tires as Forza, but I have the 20” MSW 50 wheels. They’ve been fantastic in the snow and ice this winter.

Greetings all. New here from Colorado Springs. Anyone here dealt with Schomp? I contacted them on Monday to order a M3 Comp. Took my deposit and agreed to $5k over (will do PPF, tint, etc). Said I got an allocation today but they have failed to send me an updated purchase agreement or production number. I'd like to have a warm fuzzy but I just don't. Tried working with Winslow. Said they would send me a quote for my build but never returned my emails after the initial one after I supplied all of the info they requested.

Yes. I bought from Schomp and know several of the sales managers pretty well. DM me and we can chat.

That said, getting and allocation is great news! They’ll have to contact you to sit and put all the options, etc in.

I wouldn’t worry about pricing, it’s all MSPR plus the $5k you put down for the extras. In this case the buy is easy.

Yes, I ordered from Schomp on January 27. They asked for 5k, I refused and told them I would wait elsewhere if they would not sell at MSRP. Mine is M4 Comp xD, everyone says those are easy to get compared to M3. They then agreed, maybe I got lucky. I immediately received a production # and a week 11 build. I found out yesterday I just moved to week 12. no doubt due to the factory closure. I expect it to delay much longer given the situation with Ukraine.

I also purchased from Schomp. I took my '15 F82 in for service in April of '21 and they had a G82Comp equipped like I wanted with one exception. So I pulled the trigger and paid sticker. Given the challenges it has been in ordering, I'm glad I did.

I'm up for a GTG, or we all agree on a slushfest or Cars & Coffee to attend?

BMW of Denver Downtown will do at MSRP. (as they did for me).
The caveat is maybe longer timelines as there is a long customer waiting line.
Happy to put you in contact with the excellent Mahdi. He has been awesome so far with me.

Welcome to the Springs!

I got mine at MSRP from Charles at Winslow. Did you go in person?

These are the tires I'll be using on all my cars, except the M4 just because I don't plan on driving it on the snow. The reviews on this tire are very promising and so far after 6k. mi. on my wifes GLA45AMG, they've been amazing, on both, dry and ice/snowy weather. The tread goes deep into the tire so that you don't lose traction earlier.

UPDATE!: Apparently, Micheline is not making sizes for the M3/M4

It will be 70 this Sunday. Is anyone down for a little K1 and dinner on Sunday?

EDIT:

Well crap. Now rain on Sunday. How about Saturday?

No K1 for me, but I'd happily meet local owners as I am still waiting for my M4 (coming end of the year hopefully... waitlist).
I'll bring the Mustang GT.

Up for drinks Fri or Sat. (edit: SUNDAY as well)
Around Parker (or South Denver) is fine.
