I've read a post saying there was 1 car out of a bunch of new arrivals (to the dealer) that did NOT have any stop sales and its build date was 10/12.
If yours is on that date or very close, there's a chance it wasn't afflicted.
I guess we'll find out for sure once the cars are processed through VPC. Good luck!

Just called Genius and they told me the car will arrive at the dealership this Saturday! I wonder if that is true because I still have an open Amplifier stop sale with the defect code 0065600300.

Did you touch base with your CA? Maybe it was resolved quickly at the port and the site didn't catch up

Looks like the car has been scanned/accepted at the port.
Will find out if the stop sale(s) pops up within the next few days.

My CA says the car appears to have gone through customs and is already at the VPC undergoing processing.
Current ETA shows 11/14 arrival at the dealer. Hopefully it stays that way and not change over night!

Yeah, I'm gonna be anxiously waiting for any updates the next couple of days. lol
Not sure if Mike will be able to accommodate that... I think he said his 1st opening for a full week (required for full PPF install) was the 29th.

Mine is. For the amplifier retrofit. That said, genius said today that it is expected to arrive at the dealership on the 14th, but I find that hard to believe with the stop sale still open. I asked if they always scheduled a date for dealership delivery when they come in and she said yes, so sounds like they do that, but can and most likely will never make that timeframe and will be pushed back.

Same thing the amplifier. My friend told me he had a customers car stuck there for a week for the Ram. He said to expect around the same time. Hopefully everything gets resolved quick and we all take delivery next week. What a ride!

Thanks guys. My M3 gets to Brunswick one week from today. Next Thursday the 18th. I was so hoping it might get on a truck and be in Tampa before Thanksgiving but it sounds like it will be there at least for a couple weeks waiting for parts just like your cars are. Please keep me informed as to your progress. I hope you get your cars soon.

SA confirmed mine has the RAM stop sale. He could not give me a ETA although I am sure there is one listed in the system. Sounds like he is hunting and pecking when I call him. At Brunswick and staying positive. It will get here when it gets here despite my computer-innocent SA's input.

For all you still on Donington, arriving into Columbus Street Terminal (Charleston SC) latter today. Vessel tracking is showing 14:00, but SCSPA is showing a 19:00 arrival. Ship is currently off the coast in the Atlantic prior to entering Charleston Harbor.
