They do recommend annual alignment, which depending on the roads in your area and how you drive may not be too bad an idea. Just the cost of replacing tires prematurely should cover the alignment cost usually, not to mention how much fun it takes from your driving enjoyment potentially.

Just by way of reference for folks:

I ordered 4x the 826M wheels to be my square setup, all 19x9.5. The shipping weight of the large box is 67 pounds, so each wheel is <16.75 lbs if you factor out some ounces for packing material.

Also be aware that machine faced wheels are not recommended for winter use, they may not be able to withstand the elements. At least one supplier I was talking to did said they do not have them approved for winter use.

OEM wheels have clear coat on the machined surfaces, so no worries there.

Nothing compared to me. Had rims before an allocation for the car; had tires before car went into production. Up here, winter waits for no one ...

Nice! Where did you get the set up from? Tire Rack? If so, they don't seem to show those wheels as an option.

Make sure to select the 20" option. Only the MSW 30 was listed for 19" tires/rims, but if you select the 20", a lot more options popped up for me the last time including these.

Yup, they’re from tire rack and this is correct. I posted some screen shots earlier in this thread on how to find them.

Interesting.. they must've taken them off because the only option that shows for me when I select the 20" option is the BBS CC-R for $850 per wheel lol

I searched this wheel on Google and found that some sites state the centerbore is 73mm when I believe our cars use 66.5mm... maybe Tire Rack realized this and removed the wheels as fitting on our cars? Can you double check your receipt or packaging to see what the centerbore is? See my post above as Tire Rack no longer lists these as an option for our cars.

I've spent much less on much nicer looking wheels.

Just found this old thread of this G80 in the snow on these wheels. Same wheels right?

Looks great!!

Might have to pull the trigger. I was on the fence but think we are going to road trip from New York to Montreal in November so won't want to get caught out

I just checked and they are still showing as an option for M4 Comp and M4 Comp xDrive convertible (for some reason they don’t list M4 xDrive coupe) under 20” winter wheel and tire packages. Maybe it’s a zip code thing? Try 80301 for a CO zip code.

My package included a “centering ring”. Would they have installed that to adjust the centerbore?

Strange... I used 2022 M3 sedan (non comp) and standard brakes and they didn't show up. Yes, you'll need the centering rings to match the center bores since the center bore of the wheel is larger than the oe wheels/hub.

Wonder if it’s because the base rims are 18/19 and it won’t let the fronts go +2 for a winter set. That seems likely.

Hi, here is language from Tire Rack directly explaining what center rings are for.

"The centerbore of a wheel is the machined opening on the back of the wheel that centers the wheel properly on the hub of a vehicle. This hole is machined to exactly match the hub so the wheels are precisely positioned as the lug hardware is torqued down. Keeping the wheel precisely centered on the hub when it is mounted will minimize the chance of a vibration. Some wheels are vehicle model specific and will come from the factory with a bore machined to match that vehicle. Some wheels are designed to fit multiple vehicle models and will use a centering ring system to reduce the bore size to match the hubs of different vehicles"
