It's a function of, as you say, stubbornness, but also not following the forums over the past 18 months. None of us that follow these forums closely are surprised by anything that has come out the last week.

However, some people only check these forums every few months. They don't know what they don't know. And that's OK. Think about how much more free time they have to pursue other activities compared to you and I.

I don't disagree with your assessment, but you're also very new here (as am I relative to many many other members).

All these "leaks" are planned to ease everyone into the new "design" so when they finally reveal the car, people will already now what to expect. There will be no real surprises. Why do you think they've been working overtime here on the forum to show this and the new 4 series in different lights and angles? Especially after the huge disappointing reaction. They know there is a potentially huge failure on their hands and they're working around the clock to "fix" it.

Bmws have traditionally launched controversial designs and usually many people hate it when newly launched. After awhile the design grows on consumers and sells like hot cakes.

I do prefer my F90 now and find the F90 LCi looks too soft and not like a proper M in terms of aggressiveness. But in time the come I might actually like it as with previous models.

Chill guys, you might grow to like the new design soon. I for one don't feel the front grille looks all the bad but it's definitely not a beautiful design to my eye for now.
