Question Please help–you probably know the answer but I don't

Updated: I originally asked how to get the tab to go back in one of the electrical connector clips once it had popped out completely. You just have to press real hard in and down on the tab (with the clip unlocked) and it will go in.

Also: does anyone know the torque specs for the turbo inlet bolts? I'm guessing 10Nm if it isn't listed anywhere in the instructions?
