I am also stuck in QC / Final Assembly since 11/4. So frustrating.. G83 with most options except carbon buckets and carbon ceramics. Dealer says the factory is not saying why the car has been stuck for so long.

Lol I also have frozen dark grey , that was one of my biggest worries that it is stuck in qc since 11/11 that the paint might be messed up if it’s just sitting outside … I really don’t understand how week 47 48 and 49 cars are already on dealership lots here in Germany , when my dealer told me I was enraged
Hopefully we see some movement early January when the factory re opens |

I have to stop reading other build week threads. Especially those weeks that are later than mine. Seeing people have their cars move along without issue makes my head explode.

My hope was that a lot of us that had been stuck for a while would have been cleared up this past week. Since none of that happened, I wouldn't expect anything to change until week 2, at the very earliest. So at least another three weeks of nothing.

hear me out, i got a theory.
BMW got all the parts, that is the reason KW49/KW50 passed QC. They dont want to interrupt the normal process, so cars with missing parts are parked. As there is no regular production this week, they might going to fix the open QC cars. (well, more wishful thinking, i guess) |

Yesterday marked one month in QC for me (Week 46 build). My CA said he talked to his rep who said that my car had been on a list for CID rework but it was now off the list and "its assumed they have been completed and will progress to the next production status shortly." That was early week though and I haven't gotten any news since.

Agree, it's downright infuriating. I'm seeing people in the Week 50 thread hit the port while my build is still mired in the QC mess.
