4 point harness
For those who track, has anyone successfully installed a 4 point or even 6 point harness on the g8x? I’m struggling to see how a six point would work?
Are these buckets functional? Also If you could recommend some brands. |

You really need the fifth belt to hold the two lap belts in position when you cinch up the shoulder straps. Without the 5th belt the lap belts come up off your hips when any tension is applied to them.

I want it more for the purpose of keeping me in my seat…. So I’m not looking for the safety aspect for it.
More for the fact my body gets flung around when doing high speed turns + quick corrections. I just can’t seem to stay pinned in. I’ve seen some installs where they connect to factory bolts of rear seat belts, but looks too much effort to strip my rear seats out to do the install. |
