My wish is that it would be Orbit Grey without that polished outer lip.

So what do we think about the possibility that they kill the base M3/4 with the manual, and say the M2 is the new base M car? That could explain a lot and given how close the M2 is to the M4 performance wise, it would make sense. Only issue would be not having a four door M car with the manual.

tldr: the "beaver grille" is here to stay
One can dream. The E90 non-LCI grills were also hideous, and BMW managed to vastly improve them even through minor changes. We’ll see.

We all seen “spy” pics of M4. Nothing really changing on the bumper. I am sure M3 will be same.
We getting new headlights and power bump.

Man, I'm still so spoiled by the good old times with Pete. The first year I transferred there was 05, when the all star team was dropping 70 points on everyone.

My cousin Matt Cassel played on that 05 team... I was only 8 years old then though.

One of my earliest childhood memories is Vince Young running it in for the win at the end of the game.

Miss those Pete days...

My only question is will the LCI Base get the increased redline? I’d love even 200 extra.

I really want one and don’t have mine yet lol. I’m on order for a LCI version of the base g80 rn. So hoping the manual won’t be ditched!

Might be wishful thinking, but it would be nice if they added the gunmetal finish 826Ms as an option (from the jahre).
Like the wheel design but not a huge fan of either the two tone or the full gloss black. They did add the new 666M color for the f80 LCI, so there is precedent for that.

I'm also in for an LCI Manual, so thankful I'm not left out in the cold.

If anything it should have always had a higher redline, theres no limitation from the transmission keeping it at 7200. Guess we'll see how this all pans out soon.

Yup they just wanted to keep it even with the auto but if they’re moving up the auto maybe they’ll move up for us dinosaurs too.

M3 sales volume with 4 doors has always been higher than the combined 2 door G82/G83’s. Thus why M3’s are hard come by, pricing at MRSP; whereas the G82/G83 can be had for below MRSP with carbon fiber buckets.

Not really, rather the opposite. For the last generation (F8x), when people actually had the choice between 2 or 4 doors, the F82 outsold the F80 2:1. For the G8x the numbers as of May 2023 were acc. to the ‚source‘ of bimmerpost also in favor for the 2 door models, although not as much as before.

Then why does the G82 all variants have a goal 5% MRSP discount and G83 7% MRSP discount as per Next Level Auto Brokers, but the G80 awd/rwd is 0% discount from MRSP? Mater of fact the G80 monthly lease rates are higher than a higher MRSP G82? This is supply and demand.

He parlayed like 8 good Patriots starts into a huge FA contract, then he was out of the league in like two years, lol.

People just associate a high performance BMW with an M3. Of course they are totally different cars.

You’re assuming that they make the same amount of each car. Which, if they sold 2:1 coupes before, then they probably shifted production towards that number. This time around it’s not as split as last time so that is where the discounts come in.
