Not much yet and I’m still figuring things out as well. Havent figured out how to set up remote start yet . I’m taking it to dealer for a full delivery style detail and wax this week as they never did it when I took delivery, still has some adhesive residue from the protective film .

My car is filthy because I didn't let the dealer clean it. I am supposed to go in for a car wash at CMG monday but it looks like it's going to snow. If you guys want to meet up let me know. Looking for an excuse to take the car out for just a bit. Don't want to drive it too much without PPF up front.

I saw my first M today! They were going in the opposite direction so I only caught a glimpse. It was a shade of gray could not tell which shade. I only saw it for like 4 seconds.
I can't believe it took this long to see another M.

Newbie here. Any suggestions on which dealer to go with? Ive looked at both Internation and BMW North in milwaukee and they are like MSRP+$1500 and above with no allocation and waitlist around 4-6 people in front of me

Yes, call Enterprise BMW in Appleton. Ask for Bill Schaff. They will not charge you over MSRP.

Say Jorge referred you, he will know. Let me know how it goes. They will honor the BMW rate and will not add a point like other dealers (if you choose to go with BMW FS) Yeah agree, crazy.

Thank you. Will call them tomorrow. I agree. IA even said they won’t even honor the interest rate until the car is delivered which might be next year !!! Ive decided to go with the I4 M50 instead. @Bch - was it recent? I was referred to Eric Dekker at BMW North and he quoted me MSRP +1600. The M3 wait list was 6 and I4 was 4th. No guarantee on allocation.

IA (advisor named Phan)- has a wait list on 12 for I4 but would give it at MSRP but she wouldnt even entertain me on the M3. Said its 10K+MSRP. Looks like they r pushing the I4 at IA.

I can play hardball at BMW north and see if they would drop down to MSRP for I4, but dont know what leverage I have for M3. Its a dealers market and its such slim pickings.

It was a while ago, I got my allocation last summer and took delivery about a month and a half ago. I didn’t think they would start charging above msrp , I’m a little surprised. I did deal with Eric when I took delivery, Michael Souvannavong was my main contact. I have a pretty good relationship with him and he’s a good dude. Can’t promise anything but I could text him and ask if he could get you a spot on the wait list with an agreement for msrp. If you’re willing to deposit a little to show you’re sincere it could be possible.

If you're willing to go down to IL, give Matt P at Knauz in Lake Bluff (just past Gurnee) a call. They're a huge M dealer.
