Custom Midpipe w/MAD catted DP's

Technical questions:

I have a set of these guys currently installed on the car:

I have ordered a ton of parts from Vibrant to have a custom single midpipe built w/high flow resonator. I am curious if this 2 bolt flange is standard and will match what is on the MAD DP's and if a standard gasket will work or if I should order a different pair?

My other question is the random stud on the MAD downpipes and 2 welded nuts did not mate up to anything on install. Is this normal?

Thanks in advance!
