I had an unfortunate run-in with a huge female deer in my 2024 BMW M4 Competition about a week ago and I finally heard back from my insurance company on their estimated cost for repairs.

I was really surprised with the amount that they quoted to fix my car so figured I'd make a video out of it in case it helps someone else first of all avoid hitting a deer (don't drive late at night on a road trip in Ohio!) and the process to work with insurance and your preferred body shop.

Also some bonus Porsche shopping footage at the end. Porsche 911 Carrera GTS and a couple nice GT3s...

Just sharing my story. If you don't like it's fine. All of my videos combined in a month would not pay for a bumper. I'm a hobbyist and share content in the form of text and video.

Hey thanks. I just stopped by the body shop earlier today and after a good look in the daylight, it seems a little worse than I thought but at least the catfish bumper showed up quick hah.

I’ve got nothing against people posting their YT videos in the forum but you should also put the details in the post given that this is a forum.
