Well, I was Week 21. But no joy on the VIN and just today was told that I was bumped to Week 22 apparently.

Some say (Genius) that the VIN number comes when it hits production, not before. So I am not sure what I should expect.

Vin should be out in 150 production begins. I’m in 112 scheduled for production. I don’t even know what’s going on at this point

Vins are assigned 5-12 days before the car goes into body shop. You need to be on status 150 because the Vin represents your final build. The Genius also told me yesterday that once your on 150 your build week is pretty locked in. Unless the factory shuts down my car will go into true production this upcoming week. There is a chance the car could be completed week 22 but production begins week 21. Until your car goes into 150 your week can be changed by BMW

I got my VIN, SA sent me screen shot. Status 150 it says requested production week 20/05/2022 confirmed production week 21/05/2022. Not sure they mean dates or weeks.Either way expecting some positive update after Monday.🤞

Requested production week - Dealer requested build week.

Confirmed production week - BMW confirmed / scheduled build week.

Ahh so your week 21? My SA sent me conf.prod.week of 22/06/2022 so I should be next week

Did you get your VIN? if so, you can check on bimmer vin decodes to see your options are in.

I got my VIN and chasis # on May 9th when my SA sent the screenshot for me I am hoping week 22 will get their VIN in week 21 ( next week)

Out of the paint booth and entering assembly line, status 153. I ams still showing a 5/25 prod date and it seems like a lot still needs to happen to hit that date. I would assume when it hits Ready 4 Transport, production is completed?

Mine went from Entering Assembly line yesterday morning, to Quality Check this morning, I think you'll easily be done by tomorrow.

Not that computer savvy but figured out how to use DevTools and it says my production date is 5/31. Still in production begins. Hopefully I'm just a day behind you and will enter exterior body assembly tomorrow!!!!
