I have a broker who is really good. If you want to message me, I can't send you a pm though, it wouldn't let me.

You can text me if you can't pm me.

why not do a payment saver loan from Credit Union that uses the AFG calculator:
https://secure.autofinancialgroup.co...ID=271186423&m

you can join caped credit union for $25 and get access. My M3 was 885/mo with $15k down, MSRP 81, $78 purchase price ... I just refi'ed with a new bank since penfed doesn't like my business and I'm at 665/mo for a '21 M3C.

$1300 mo for a lease and you're limited.

Just some heads up for people who like to keep that cash flow!

I feel the leases will get better in 6 mos.or so, the economy is going to be on the ropes. Yes interest rates will be up a tad but the residuals will get better. They are starting to go up right now.

Non XDrive cars have higher residuals. As someone else stated, the 6 spd manual is the way to go if leasing.

Does anyone else think it's interesting that BMW knows the Manuals will hold their value better yet don't offer it in xDrive or Comp?

What's going on with BMW's finance rates? Seems like they are not advertised on the site anymore.

Cuz they're gross and not as attractive as previous offers. I think august bumped their rates to a minimum of 4.29%

Anyone have an ear out for any incentives / rebates / sales / etc coming up or are all the dealerships still charging MSRP+?

Looking at ordering a G82 M4 Comp xDrive, I'm fine with waiting till next summer if I have to, but do have a build code exactly how I want it and with Tanzanite I'm aware it can cause delays. I just want to get it before they switch over to the new ID8 screens. I like the current infotainment much better.

edit: things I'm thinking of - current BMW owner, military discount, holiday sales, etc

Sorry to say that all g80/82's produced henceforth will all contain ID8. the Model Year switch has already occurred. As far as incentives, I'm not sure, haven't seen many offered as of late.

You are incorrect, only G80 has been updated. G82/G83 get their update for MY24.

Oh wow! I thought it was both. Thank you for the correction, that's definitely interesting

Local tri-state dealer that I inquired with about 2 weeks ago offered MSRP and an estimated 6-8mo lead time (G80). No incentives (yet), but very transparent that they were not marking up and they were looking to make a sale.

If availability was sooner I’d probably move on it, but just not interested in pulling the trigger with 6-8mo to wait as I feel like things are going to change drastically in that timeframe.

Just a data point. Things are definitely getting better for buyers.

The last time I ordered my sales guy was pretty straight up about further adjustments depending on timing. Like, if there was a sale that happened for an extra $1k off in between when I ordered and when it arrived, we renegotiated the price accordingly.

So...I don't think there's necessarily anything wrong with ordering now and being patient, and just staying on top of marketing deals / incentives etc up till delivery.

Can someone confirm what really the loyalty rebate is for this month? Is it $1,000 or $500?
Per edmunds and edmunds forums
loyalty rebate is $1,000 from 8/2/22 to 9/5/22, but my dealer said he just confirmed with with bmw that it's only $500.
